Chelsea was so very patient with my husband and I. We had lots of questions and concerns but she guided us the whole way. I enjoyed working with Rebecca, or "Becky," for over seven months. She displayed remarkable patience throughout the entire process, which seemed to drag on endlessly. I must have viewed more than 20 homes with her, but that might be an overstatement. Rebecca was always available on short notice to show me a property. Because I lived more than an hour from the target area, she went out of her way to provide me with video walkthroughs of homes that piqued my interest. Neil called us back on a Sunday on the first house we went to look at. Made time to meet us within 2 hours of us looking. We were not set to make an offer yet, but as soon as that time came, we called Neil to let him know that we were approved. Neil started to work for us and we also were looking for houses online. We found one while at lunch on the way to meet Neil at another location. Neil made time to look at both houses that evening, which just happened to be another Sunday. He helped us with making an offer that Sunday night, and by the end of the week, we got approved. He was on a trip with his son in West Virginia, but still made time for our calls.
